Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC) announced it had recently reached a deal with Caesars Digital to enhance the operator’s gaming library with its portfolio of online casino games. The partnership is set to launch initially in New Jersey, with Michigan and Pennsylvania to start adding DGC titles in the third quarter of this year.
Caesars’ Second Partnership in the Past Week
The DGC deal comes after Caesars partnered with Evolution Gaming last week to provide Pennsylvania online casino players with live gaming. Players in the state will also have access to online slot titles from NetEnt and Red Tiger for the first time when playing at Tropicana Online Casino and Caesars online casino and sportsbook in Pennsylvania.
Live dealer games from Evolution that will be available to Caesar’s Pennsylvania players and live-streamed from the provider’s studios are Ultimate Texas Hold ’em, Three Card Poker, American and European Roulette, Classic and Infinite Blackjack, craps, and baccarat. The provider is also expected to launch its First Person games for Pennsylvania players online later in 2023.
Matt Sunderland, Caesars’ Senior Vice President of iGaming, recently commented about the latest deal with DGC: “DGC’s impressive and award-winning portfolio of premium games will deliver engaging and entertaining experiences for our players. We are thrilled to introduce these captivating titles on Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in New Jersey and look forward to expanding their availability to customers in additional states.”
Caesars is currently battling with Golden Nugget to be the top casino gaming provider in New Jersey, and the deal with DGC will help the company increase its 26% share of the U.S. online casino market, which is currently the biggest among all providers.
What is DGC?
DGC is a U.S. leader in online casino game development with offices in New Jersey and Florida. It currently has a partnership with Betway online sportsbook to provide sports betting to players in eight states, with expansion to four more states expected soon. The company’s most popular products are its casino games library, which will help boost Caesars’ online casino offering to help the provider gain a bigger share of the New Jersey online casino market.
DGC has been a global organization providing online gaming providers with digital content since 2014. It also offers many gaming titles for the land-based casino industry and provides real-time analytics, player intelligence, and EGM customization solutions. The company is based in the U.K., with offices in Florida, New Jersey, and Umhlanga Rocks, South Africa.
Chief Commercial Officer of B2B iGaming for DGC Neil Whyte says that delivering the kind of content that U.S. players want is important, and the company is eager to show Caesars customers its collection of high-quality gaming offerings. He added, “Caesars is a leading global brand, and we’re delighted to be working with such a highly respected casino operator.”
The partnership between Caesars and DGC is one of many recent deals between game developers and online gaming providers. Both industries hope to expand their reach throughout North America’s lucrative online gambling market. The deal is advantageous to both parties and helps move the online gaming industry further ahead by providing players with gaming options that are unrivaled in this competitive market.
DGC was acquired by Super Group Limited, the parent company of Betway, in January 2023. Super Group is licensed in various gaming jurisdictions and holds prominent positions in online gaming markets in Europe, South Africa, and the Americas.
