The world’s most popular board game is available as a slot machine as well, and it’s going to have about half a dozen different variants for you to explore. There are several features which are inspired by the board game, so you have something called Pass GO, a Win Spin Bonus and various other scatters or wilds.
Betting
The betting is done on the 9 paylines which are implemented, and they allow for coin denominations to be as small as $0.05 for each one, or as high as $5. On top of that, you can also pick how many coins go to each line, the maximum being 5. You can have a wager set up that’s worth anywhere between $0.45 and $225 for each spin.

I’ve found the major features of Monopoly to be quite enjoyable, particularly since they’re often inspired by the board game which is used for its theme.
Pass GO Bonus
To access this part of the game, you are required to have three bonus symbols which have the Dice Bonus on them. You need these to be on the same active line, in order to be able to do their job. You will get access to a Monopoly board game this way, with a number of rolls of the dice available. Depending on the positions that you land on, there are certain prizes awarded. Pass GO, to get your winnings doubled. There are also additional roles that the properties will have, so one might take you to Jail, another could get you additional dice rolls, while others may have no prizes to give away. It’s an interesting feature, and I love that it’s so much inspired by the real Monopoly.
Win Spin Bonus
A scatter triggered feature, Win Spin bonus needs the Chance Bonus icons on the reels 3, 4 & 5, in a single round. You don’t get something elaborate here, it’s just a picking feature that lets you choose a card. You get free spins in exchange, which continue until you get a win from the game.
Design
The hugely popular Monopoly board game is the one that’s inspired this slot machine, along with several others that are available via IGT. Other developers have their own versions of Monopoly slots, so there is no shortage of competition for this game.
The graphics are inspired by Monopoly, and so on the reels you’re going to notice many images that are relevant, though that’s not the case with all of them. Some icons are going to show things like oranges or grapes, so classic fruits. Others have images of Mr Monopoly, logos, dice, stacks of Monopoly play money or of various properties from the board game.
Summary
Monopoly has a decent design, which will fit the theme that’s been selected in this case, while its features tend to be highly enjoyable for the fans of the board game.
